These terms govern your use of the Palisade Analytics website ("Palisade," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About Palisade
Palisade is based in Jersey City, New Jersey, and provides pricing, promotion and forecasting analysis for owner-run businesses using their own sales data.
2. Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services, try the promotion calculator and contact us. Please do not interfere with how the site works, try to access it in unauthorized ways, copy it at scale with automated tools, or use it for anything unlawful.
3. The calculator and other content
The calculator gives a rough, illustrative estimate based only on the numbers you enter and the simplifying assumptions stated beside it. It is not a full analysis. Everything on this site is general information about our services.
4. Not financial advice
Palisade analyzes operating questions such as pricing, promotions and demand. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, and we do not perform audits. Decisions you make based on our website or our work remain yours.
5. Our services
Free calls and estimates create no obligation for either side. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out its scope, fees, payment terms, deliverables and data handling. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
6. Data you share with us
If you share business data with us, you confirm that you have the right to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy and in any agreement we sign with you.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including its text, design, and the Palisade name and logo, belongs to Palisade. You may view and share pages from this site, but you may not reuse its content or branding in a way that suggests a connection with us. Rights in reports and other work we deliver to clients are set out in the engagement agreement.
8. Third-party services
This site links to and relies on services we do not control, such as Calendly for booking calls and Google Fonts for typefaces. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
9. Disclaimers
This website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palisade will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to $100. Liability for paid services is governed by the engagement agreement.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state courts in Hudson County, New Jersey, or the federal courts for the District of New Jersey.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
